Take it anywhere, cut anything a hacksaw cuts! The lightweight, easy to handle Tigair cuts smoothly, quietly, with a full 13 /4 " stroke, up to 1200 strokes per minute. Using standard high speed hacksaw blades, it cuts up, down, straight line or in tight curves, and produces a burrless cut that virtually eliminates final grinding. The Tigair's cutting speed is adjustable downward from 1200 strokes per minute, and unlike electric tools, it cannot be damaged by stalling. It will cut under water, in oils, wastes, slurries, etc., and becauseit is air-powered, it can be used in sensitive areas where other tools present hazards. A unique selflubricating system oils all moving parts including the blade. The Tigair complies with OSHA standards. Please Note: We recommend the usage of our Master Speed Oil or a Grade 10 machine oil.

Increase the convenience and versatility of the "Tigair" Blades • For Metal Cutting... SUPER SPEED, HIGH SPEED HACKSAW BLADES: 12" x 1 /2 " x 0.25 TYPE 38, all hard, with 14, 18, 24, or 32TPI TYPE 38F, flexible, with 14, 18, 24, or 32TPI. Sculpture Blade: all hard, 6" x 1 /4 " x .025 x 18 TPI.
For Other Materials
• All Purpose Blade It cuts PVC pipe, Plywood, Plaster board, asbestos and other synthetic materials. Its has 10 teeth per inch, and is heat treated to the hardness of a high speed hacksaw blade. It makes a cut 101 /2 " long. A special nosepiece (Part No.72 shown below) is recommended. The pipe cutting guide shown at right can be easily modified to use this heavier blade.
Tigair Pipe Cutting Guide...
This useful accesory cuts pipe precisely to the angle of your choice. It accommodates 51 /2 " pipe at 90 degrees down to 3" pipe at 45 degrees. It holds the pipe securely with a chain grip. The vertical blade guides swivel to the angle you select.

Master Speed Red Oil
• This special blend of premium lubricants is recommended for use with the Tigair. An ideal oil for air tools, it is dyed red for easy visual checks of the oil content. Available in a six pack of 8 oz. cans, or in pints, quarts and gallons.

The Sheffield House maintains extensive repair facilities and parts inventory at the Montrose, California warehouse. Tigair parts are interchangeable with the discontinued McCulloch Airmaster or Atlas Copco MRS 20.
Our Guarantee •
The Tigair saw is guaranteed for six months against defective materials or workmanship in manufacture, provided that (1) Master Speed Red oil is used as lubricant; and (2) that the unit is returned to the seller with working parts intact, not having been dismantled or otherwise tampered with.
