This new tool is a casting equipped with the CURV-O-MARK® protractor with level and two pins held to body of level on a sliding scale. The sliding scale on body allows the use of this tools on any size flange as you always will use the two holes closest together and then revolve flange to zero on any angle to which you set dial. The two threaded, self-aligning conical spacer and conical nut and bolt units are designed to fit any size bolt hole. This method is commonly Known as two-holing a flange only in a more unique manner. The body of this tool is 1/2” thick with a machined surface, therefore, allowing the removal of pins from body and using as a regular dial degree utility level.
